CLASS STYLES
Move in the way
you need today.
Some days call for energy. Some call for space. Some call for almost nothing at all.
Our class styles are designed around different ways of feeling rather than one idea of what yoga should be. Move with strength, slow things down, restore your energy or simply come to breathe.
FIND YOUR PRACTICE
There is no one right way to move.
Every teacher brings their own energy, experience and personality to the room, so no two classes feel exactly the same.
Most sessions are open to all levels, and options are always offered so you can soften, build or simply take your time.
SIGNATURE STYLES

Different practices. Different energy.
Yin
Longer floor-based holds create space through the body while giving the mind time to settle.
Restorative
Fully supported shapes designed to help the body soften, recover and spend time in genuine rest.
Rocket
A faster, playful Ashtanga-inspired practice with stronger sequences and opportunities to explore inversions.
Breath
Guided breathing practices that bring attention inward and create a clearer, more grounded state.
Nurture
A gentler, supportive practice centred around breath, connection and slower movement.
Deep Rest
For the days when doing less is enough. A deeply restful practice built around stillness, breath and slowing down.
NOT ABOUT PERFORMANCE
Your body doesn't need the same thing every day.
A strong class can feel incredible one day and completely wrong the next. The point is not to force the practice — it is to notice what you need and choose from there.
