Welcome to Heist House Studios. By accessing our website, booking a class, workshop, retreat or event, purchasing a membership or class package, or using any of our studio services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, making a booking, purchasing a service, contacting the studio or attending a session at Heist House Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Our Services
Heist House Studios is a boutique yoga and wellness studio offering a range of movement, mindfulness and wellbeing experiences. These may include:
- Yoga classes
- Flow and Vinyasa Yoga
- Beginners Yoga
- Yin and restorative practices
- Breathwork sessions
- Sound and relaxation experiences
- Workshops and special events
- Half-day retreats and other retreat experiences
- Private or small-group sessions where available
- Other wellbeing services offered by the studio from time to time
Class styles, instructors, schedules, availability and services may change from time to time.
Bookings
Advance booking is recommended as class and event spaces may be limited.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Please arrive in sufficient time before your scheduled session.
- Late arrival may result in reduced participation or refusal of entry where necessary.
- Bookings may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling policies.
- We may change an instructor where reasonably necessary.
- We may reschedule or cancel a class, workshop or event when circumstances require it.
Cancellations & Changes
Where a cancellation policy applies to a class, workshop, event, retreat, membership or other booking, the applicable cancellation terms should be reviewed before completing your booking.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the loss of the booking, class credit or payment, depending on the conditions applicable to the service purchased.
Where Heist House Studios needs to cancel or materially reschedule a session, we will aim to provide reasonable notice and, where applicable, offer an appropriate alternative, credit or refund in accordance with the terms of the booking.
Payments
Prices displayed on our website or booking platform are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or purchase. Where payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, that provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices.
We reserve the right to update our prices, memberships, class packages and offers from time to time. Any changes will not normally affect a purchase that has already been completed unless otherwise stated in the applicable booking terms.
Memberships, Packages & Class Credits
Memberships, passes, packages and class credits may be subject to specific validity periods, usage limits, booking conditions and cancellation terms. These conditions may be displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, memberships, packages and credits are intended for the individual who purchased them and should not be transferred to another person without prior approval from Heist House Studios.
Gift Cards
Gift cards or vouchers offered by Heist House Studios may be subject to expiry dates, redemption conditions and other terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Lost or incorrectly supplied gift card information may not always be replaceable.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for deciding whether a class, activity or other service is appropriate for you.
Please follow reasonable instructions provided by teachers and studio staff, use equipment responsibly and let the relevant instructor know about anything that may materially affect your ability to participate safely.
You should practise within your own ability and stop an activity if you feel unwell, uncomfortable or unable to continue safely.
Yoga, Breathwork & Wellness Disclaimer
Yoga, breathwork, movement, meditation, sound and other wellbeing practices offered by Heist House Studios are intended for general wellbeing purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
Individual experiences and results vary. Participation in physical or wellness activities involves some inherent risk, and participants are responsible for working within their own capabilities.
If you are uncertain whether an activity is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice before participating.
Studio Conduct
We want Heist House Studios to remain a welcoming and respectful environment. Visitors and participants are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and other members of the community.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask someone to leave where their behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
Personal Belongings
Please take reasonable care of your personal belongings while visiting the studio.
To the extent permitted by law, Heist House Studios cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
