Move with
intention.
Breath-led movement that builds strength, creates space and brings you back into your body.
Reserve your spaceFLOW YOGA
Dynamic enough to energise. Grounded enough to settle you.
Flow is a creative, breath-led style of yoga where postures link naturally together to create rhythm, strength and awareness.
Every class has its own personality, but the intention stays the same: move with attention, follow the breath and leave feeling more connected than when you arrived.
THE MEANING
To place with intention.
Vinyasa comes from Sanskrit roots commonly interpreted as placing or arranging in a special, intentional way. In practice, movement is organised around breath so one shape naturally leads into the next.
THE EXPERIENCE
More than moving through poses.
Creative sequencing
Sequences are built with a clear arc so the practice feels intentional rather than random.
Breath first
Movement follows the rhythm of your breath, helping create a meditative quality even when the practice becomes dynamic.
Clear guidance
Simple, supportive cues give you enough direction without pulling you out of your own experience.
Strength + mobility
Expect a balance of stabilising work, mobility-rich transitions and shapes that create space throughout the body.
Options, always
Variations and props let you practise in a way that respects your body rather than chasing a fixed version of a pose.
Grounded energy
Flow can build heat and momentum without losing the calm, deliberate quality that makes yoga feel like yoga.
FROM THINKING TO FEELING
Let the body take over.
The rhythm of Flow gives the mind something simple to follow: breath, movement, breath again. Gradually, the noise softens and the practice becomes less about thinking your way through shapes and more about feeling your way through them.

GOOD TO KNOW
Flow questions.
Is Flow suitable for beginners?
Yes. Teachers offer variations and modifications so you can practise at your own pace and gradually build confidence.
Do I need to be flexible?
No. Flexibility is something that can develop over time. Flow focuses on mindful movement, strength, mobility and breath rather than achieving perfect shapes.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters can be provided in the studio.
How long is a Flow class?
A typical Flow session runs for around 60 minutes, including time to settle, move, build strength and finish with a calmer rest.
