GOOD TO KNOW

First-class questions.

Do I need any yoga experience?

No. The class is specifically designed for complete beginners and people returning after time away.

What if I'm not flexible?

You don't need to be flexible. The aim is to learn how your own body moves, not to achieve a particular shape.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that lets you move easily is enough. Bring water; mats and props can be available in the studio.

Will I have to keep up with everyone else?

No. The pace is intentionally steady and teachers can offer options so you can move in a way that works for you.

Can I progress into other classes later?

Yes. Beginners Yoga is designed to give you useful foundations in posture, breath and mindful movement before exploring other styles when you feel ready.

YOUR FIRST STEP

You don't need to prepare for yoga.

Come as you are. Learn slowly. Ask questions. Move in a way that feels comfortable and let confidence build from there.
